Description
The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its monthly General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2019 at the Seaside Hall, Kanoa Resort. Topics of discussion will be around the Novel Coronavirus and the Saipan Chamber plans of 2020. Guest speakers include:
- Honorable Governor Ralph DLG Torres, to speak on the executive order suspending travelers from mainland China from flying into the CNMI.
- Marianas Visitors Authority, who will be giving updated information from MVA about visitor arrival projections in light of the Coronavirus and how MVA is adapting to the changing tourism landscape.
- CHCC Public Health and Emergency Preparedness, providing updates on how CHCC and partners are responding to the threats of the Coronavirus on the Commonwealth.
Lunch will be served at 11:30am and the meeting will begin promptly at 12 noon. The luncheon fee is $25/Chamber Member and $35/Non-Member.
