Division of Customs & Quarantine, Director Jose C. Mafnas presenting updates on the implementation of PL 21-42 and the Governor's Covid-19 Task Force Chairman, Warren Villagomez presenting updates on the CNMI's Community Vulnerability Level Green and what it means for our businesses!
